Check the room, not just the hotel name
Compare the same stay
Use identical dates, adults, children and room count. Compare the total payable amount including taxes and fees, rather than the first nightly figure.
Read the rate conditions
Check bed type, breakfast for each guest, cancellation deadline and prepayment terms. A refundable room and a prepaid room are different products.
Confirm access before paying
Request a Chinese address, vehicle entrance pin, reception floor and step-free route. A lift inside the building does not prove the pavement-to-lobby route is accessible.

Getting around, in and out
Metro
Linjiangmen on Line 2 serves the monument side; Jiaochangkou on Lines 1 and 2 serves the southern district; Xiaoshizi on Lines 1 and 6 is useful toward Xinhua Road. Ask your hotel which exit reaches its entrance.
Airport
For the monument side, compare airport Line 10 to Zengjiayan, then Line 2 toward Jiaochangkou to Linjiangmen. A metered taxi is simpler with heavy bags or after the last connecting train. Use the arrival guide below.
