Who operates this site

The Chongqing Trips team, based in Chongqing, operates this site. For privacy questions or a request about a message you sent us, email support@chongqingtrips.com.

Saved places and planning links

There are no accounts. Saved place identifiers are kept in your browser storage. Clearing this site's browser data removes them; we cannot restore your local list.

Planning tools put settings in the page URL so you can reload or share them. Anyone with that URL can see those settings. When you open or reload a link, its URL, including query parameters, is sent to the hosting service and may appear in request logs or browser history. Do not put personal or sensitive information in planning URLs.

We also store your display currency and a dated exchange-rate cache in this browser. Clearing site data resets these preferences. Currency conversion is requested through our server; your trip amounts are not sent to the rate provider.

Hosting and external services

Our production hosting provider is Cloudflare. Serving a page involves processing request information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser headers. Hosting and security logs may record this information. Our current application does not enable advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts.

If an interactive map is available, loading it contacts its map provider for map resources. Following an external link, including a directions link, takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Contacting us

If you email us or submit an available contact form, we receive your name, email address and the details you include. We use them to handle your message, review corrections and reply. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

When enabled, the form uses Resend to deliver your message to our email inbox. If delivery is unavailable, use the direct email link. Please do not send passport numbers, identity documents or payment details.

We keep correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry and its follow-up. You can ask about or request deletion of correspondence by contacting us. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain.

We will update this page when our data handling changes. The review date above records the latest update to this notice.
