Step by step
- 1At T2 or T3, take Line 10 toward Lanhualu / 兰花路. T3B passengers follow the airport signs through the T3A connection.
- 2Change at Zengjiayan / 曾家岩 to Line 2 toward Jiaochangkou / 较场口.
- 3Leave at Linjiangmen / 临江门 for the monument side of Jiefangbei. Confirm the hotel’s preferred exit and lift route.
- 4From T2 only, Line 3 toward Yudong to Niujiaotuo, then Line 2 toward Jiaochangkou to Linjiangmen is an alternative.
Route is based on published line connections. The time range is an editorial allowance after reaching the metro station, not a measured journey. Check the last connecting train, not just the airport departure.

Adult single tickets follow a distance tariff effective 30 July 2025. These are distance bands, not quotes for the routes above.

The transport authority’s published tariff starts at ¥10 for 3 km by day (06:00–23:00), then ¥2/km up to 25 km. At night it starts at ¥11, then ¥2.30/km.
Distance beyond 25 km is charged at ¥3/km by day or ¥3.45/km at night. Low-speed charges can also apply. Pay the meter and confirm any applicable tolls; these rates do not apply to ride-hail quotes.

For a booked pickup, ask when free waiting starts and what happens if immigration or your flight takes longer. Confirm vehicle capacity for both passengers and bags.
How this tool works
Choose by arrival and luggage
The comparison weighs journey time, changes and luggage. It covers hotel areas rather than individual hotel entrances, and does not check live traffic or train availability.
For Guanyinqiao, Line 3 is direct from T2; from T3A, the route uses Lines 10 and 9. The area comparison allows for that change, so check your terminal's step-by-step directions.
Check the last connection
For an evening arrival, check the last train in the correct direction at every interchange. A train still leaving the airport does not guarantee you can complete the journey.
Landing time is earlier than the time you reach the station. Allow for immigration, baggage and the terminal walk; arrange a road option if the connection is too tight.
Plan the hotel entrance
Ask your hotel for its Chinese address, vehicle entrance and recommended station exit. An exit with a lift does not guarantee a step-free walk all the way to the hotel.
Nanbin Road covers a long stretch of riverfront, and Shapingba and Ciqikou are separate destinations. Check the final leg for your actual address before choosing a route.
